I'm favoring this as a title for RJ-14. If the sales and marketing depts don't hate it, that's what it'll be. Who came up with that one?

I've heard purists howl about the alternate history aspect (that's not a spoiler because it occurs in the opening scenes). I've seen all the original episodes but was never a fan, so I'm free to consider the whole script a brilliant reimagining. Plot holes - definitely - but I believe this one bears another look.

I'm alive, I'm nastier than ever, and I'm almost as libertarian as Ken. So have at it!

Twilight: New Moon--No gore. No action. Talk, talk, talk. Although the Vampire Council was a movie in itself. Hope to see more of them in Eclipse, Part Three.

2012--In the tradition of Earthquake, Poseidon Adventure, The Swarm, and The Inferno, 2012 is a cheap soap opera surrounded by tredmendous special effects. Some of the dialogue is laughable, but watch this on the big screen. The effects alone carry the movie.

Blindside--Story of Mike Ohr, who was picked up by the Baltimore Ravens. Lacked the grittiness needed to understand Ohr's transition from street orphan to star football player. Last twenty minutes almost pulls the story off, but then reverts to the cliches and stereotypes. Waited a long time to see this movie. Go rent We Are Marshall or The Great Debaters instead.

Planet 51--Chockful of 50's references and allusions, this nifty little flick scores high on the pat yourself on the back meter for spotting the in-jokes. Trouble is, the movie's not funny. But likeable. Worth a watch if you're taking the kids, just so you can explain the allusions to them.

Did anyone see this movie?

It was about the first men to develop and perform heart surgery ... And the guy who did all the ground work for years never received any credit because he didnt have a college degree and he was black.
It was a really heartwarming story of his career ...

I have a set of Rocky Horror trading cards from the 80's.
They are near mint .. the only flaw is the franknfurter card has a slight bend in 1 corner ... it isnt bad and its hardly noticable

Are there any die hard RHPS fans here that want the set? I could sell them on ebay but i'd rather just give them to someone who would appreciate them ...

let me know if your interested Smile

Just now I'm reading MASQUE. So far so good!

And, I have some questions.

1, How can I pronounce these words? (Sorry for silly question... :o )

Fragge- Is it like a flag or like a edge?

Citadel -sitadel ot saitadel?

2, What is exactly Glom? A town or group? Kaze Glom seems like Kaze Group...

My first thought was, "Reminds me a bit of that music video for "Sober" by Tool." Creepy visuals. Very Tim Burton. Obviously not for kids, though. No cursing or anything like that, but I wouldn't be surprised if it would cause bad dreams for children. Don't miss it.

I just saw this yesterday. A great movie. It's a spoof of the old blaxploitation movies of the '70's. There were so many parts that had me laughing out loud in the theater. It's a good movie made to look like a bad movie. Actors are switched out in the middle of fight scenes. One actor reads his stage directions as if it was part of the script. Every time the line, 'Of course, it all makes sense now!' is spoken nothing really makes sense.

Here's the red band trailer: (NSFW for language and nudity.)
