I'm going to need some help preparing out-of-print titles for Kindle and other formats. Any volunteers? I believe it will require some modest HTML skills. PM me if interested.

The first was a cult classic. One of my favorites, the second looks decent, we'll see.

If the powers that be ever make a film? We hope they do, but the books are so good, would any film be a let down - aka Clive Cussler.... Mind you Sahara the film was ok, but not a patch on the book... and not sure the actors portrayed Pitt et al as I saw him / them....

I will name an actor, if I think of one, or I will be the judge after you guys name himBig Grin

Sorry in advance if this been asked a million times...

THIS THREAD CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR GROUND ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[SPOILER]So the lady is the mass consciousness of Humanity, and even she cannot figure out what saved her. My thoughts... The Internet.

Its been proven that the Internet is somehow changing our brains the more we use it.

Link 2

So basically, if I am right on this, the internet has more to it than anybody has ever thought. It's one giant expansion of the Human Consciousness. If this is the case, then I suspect that The One and his cronies will crash the Net in the net book.

Has anybody else thought along these lines?

On another note: How is Jack going to use the image he has of R to "annoy" him. Obviously he is going to publish it in some big way, but how and where?

Hi, I am new to the site. I read the Tomb years ago and loved it. I was not aware until recently that it had become an entire series. I also loved The Keep. I read reborn when it first came out and was announced as the sequel to The Keep. Is there another part to that series also? If so what is that called?

and it was marvellous, I can't wait to read By The Sword next. I have been a keen follower of RJ for a long time and read all the books in order, but always with a gap between them, in which other authors' books would fit, but as I had a backlog of RJ I decided to read one after the other for the last 3 books, and will now read the next 2, and eagerly await the next and sadly last 2.

By the Sword appears, from the backpage of it to have the same people in it, well Hank anyway, I think this is the 1st time a "villain" has crossed books, apart from RBig Grin. Who's the old man outside J's window, I wonder Idea

Can't wait to get the new Nightworld when it comes out.... I read the original years ago when it first came out, my first intro to RJ...

I wanted to thank Paul personally for a great series of books, hi Paul, thought I would drop by and see what the forum is all about:thumbsup:.

Anyway, best go and make myself useful, but I will be back to say hi again...

I just listened to the Sonar4 Mag Talk Show podcast interview with popular zombie author Eric S. Brown...which aired live on 10/18/09, and can be played back or downloaded at: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Sonar4Magta...n-Joins-us

Near the end of it Eric mentions bumping into F. Paul Wilson on Facebook, and adds that Paul's work is a major influence on him (he was talking about re-reading THE KEEP).

This movie plays out more like a horror movie than most horror movies (e.g., Stepfather). It was still lots of fun. Sorta like Death Wish with lots of explosions. I recommend matinee prices. Not a full-price movie, but not a rental either, IMHO.

Infestation is a pretty decent retro 'B' movie. A slacker office worker wakes up covered in webbing, along with everybody else and upon freeing themselves discover that their world has been taken over by giant insects. It's not quite as funny as I thought it could be, but the effects are pretty good and the acting is solid for this sort of fare. Plus it's got Ray Wise who is always entertaining.
