Hi, Paul. I have a suggestion for you.

I think you should publish your own bibliography and biography book. Didn't you ever think about it?
For example, thoughts about your own novels, about The Keep movie, about your life style, how to write RJ books and AC, about researching for works, etc,etc.......Am I meddler? :p

Anyway, I think this book will stimulate our curiosity.

I may be preaching to the choir here but if anyone is looking to expand their FPW collection, Ebay is the place to be at the moment. Over the last couple of weeks I've managed to collect 7 hardbacks in very good nick, £8 being the most I paid for any one of them. Having spent up to £25 for a second hand copy in London in the past, i'm fairly pleased with myself.

Have a look see. Be aware though, that if you're in the Uk and bidding for books located in the states, the shipping will invariably be $20-35; practically 2-3 times what you will pay for the book...How bad do you want it? Hmmmm?

Is there a complete Bibliography on this site somewhere? I can't seem to find it, and I need it for an anthology but don't want to type in every book by hand when cutting and pasting is so much easier.

And speaking of anthologies---Paul, have you and Steve given any thought to that Nacht story? No rush (the deadline is December), but I'm very anxious to read it.

Excuse me for shouting, but I just found, won and paid for a true first hardcover edition of The Tomb on eBay!!! My collection of Adversary Cycle firsts is now complete. I won't tell you what I paid, cuz I don't want anyone telling me I paid too much (which I doubt) or complaining that they paid too much more than I did (which I suspect is true). Life is good! I know there was a post about the updated status of the RJ movie, but I can't remember what the status was and I was just curious.

Having discovered the joys of the likes of 'Healer' in the late 70s then, only recently, the 'Repairman Jack' novels, and now this site (thanks to Dave), I feel fully immersed in the Wilson world. Who do I have to kill to become a senior member of this institution?

Just back from a little research trip. Did two wreck dives (down to 2 of more than 100 identified wrecks on the reefs around the island) to bolster one of the centerpieces of the next RJ (Infernal).

As I've said before, I'm usually working two books ahead. In prep for Infernal I did some wreck dives a few years ago; but it was shortly after a hurricane passed through, and the water was still churned up - still silty. This time was clear -- visibility a good 100+ feet.

For any Lord of the Rings fans check out this site. It has shots of scenes that will be in the Special Extended Edition as well as shots that apparently didn't make the cut at all.

It appears they added 'The Crossroads' which is one of the coolest overlooked parts of the book, IMHO.

Shaun of the Dead is released in the US in a few weeks time, I believe. A romantic zombie comedy, or RomZomCom, great for laughs and scares. Check it out, you'll love it.

I wanted to share an interview quote from the director about a screening they had recently in the US. The interview is in DVD Review in the UK for those that care...

DVD Review: So do you think your brand of humour will be able to cross the Atlantic?

Edgar Wright: I think they seem to respond to the fact that the English are essentially useless and it's our lack of guns that get us killed. They asked in a test screening "What did you like about the film?" And one guy said "I like this film because it it proves why we should have a Second Amendment. If these guys had more guns then not as many of their friends and family would have died. It's as simple as that."

Cracked me up, as it did every person in this English office.
