I like Logan as much as anyone, but Wolverine wouldn't win against Marvel's number one hero. That would be lousy marketing.

Wolverine doesn't have spidey-strength! He just heals fast, has ultra-strong bones, and those nifty blades that shoot out of his knuckles. All Spidey would have to do is jump all around, web Logan's wrists together, then web Wolverine's entire upper body, then hang him up from the lamp post.

Game over.

While spidey is physically stronger and more agile, I think in the end Wolverines natural ability, instinct, training, and experience would win out. Hell, the guy went toe to toe with the Hulk.

And, to clarify, we are talking about comic book Spider-Man, whose webbing can run out. Not the big screen Spidey with some kind of mutates web glands in his wrists.
