Hubby and I cuddled on the couch, blanket around us and a fire in the hearth.
Snuggled up dogs....that contented sigh of a full belly and a warm spot to nap in.
Purring kittens or cats. Hey, I may have dogs....but what's better than a contented pet?
A good meal with good friends....don't forget the wine!
A "snuggled in" spot on a cold day....with a good book and a cup of coffee.
A three day week-end....woohoo!
Paying all the bills and having alot of money left over......doesn't happen enough!
My family and friends....that includes you guys!
Feeling secure in my world...love my Sig-Sauer P230 .380.......thanks to hubby!

Aside from the cat part (I'm allergic to cat dander) sounds pretty damn fine! Down right heavenly, in fact!

AsMoral Wrote:Yes, I watched GHI. It was okay. I am not big on the crew they assembled. I was thrilled when Grant and Jason got rid of Brian Harnois, he annoyed the hell out of me. Now he is back and global.

The guy from Ireland gets on my last nerve as well, he seems to find something paranormal in every corner. I guess I just like the skepticism of Grant and Jason during the investigation and this new group seems too optimistic. I'll give it few episodes before I abandon it.

I am with you on the Brian Harnois thing. He bugs the turds out of me as well. The Irish guy is bad too, your right he finds supernatural in everything and is such an extreme spook it just removes all objectivity on his part.

The controlled skepticism of Jason and Grant is what makes the original Ghost Hunters work for me, they look at things from all angles and then try to figure out what things are.

Although my wife and I think the scenes with Harnois and the Irish guy working together as a team on investigations makes for some freaking funny stuff. A butterfly could fly by and the Irish guy (Barney?...B B something with a B I think Barry maybe?) would start saying "Back away, its an angry elemental, whoa...whoa....back away...back away..." and Harnois would say "Dude run!!!".

Ah well, I was really hoping for better from this series like I said, so many awesome sites, such a crappy team. At least the original is back with new episodes soon.

1. Rummaging through conspiracy theory websites to see which stories actually originated with credible sources (you'd be amazed, sometimes) and what the original story actually was (again ... amazed).
2. Those rare moments when it's so quiet you can hear snowflakes hit the ground.
3. The looks on my friends' faces as they ask, "How did you do that?!?"

Martin Luther: Leader of the Protestant Reformation and icon for the American civil rights movement.
David Bowie: Rock star, inventor of the Bowie knife, faked his death at the Alamo to go on tour as Ziggy Stardust.

The Best?
Being with my wife Roberta and telling her how much I love her after all this time still.
Laughing it up with my now grown kids.
Taking the Geek for his walk (or is it the other way around?)
Having kitty ('The Pict') lying on the keyboard when I'm trying to type up a contract (then the Geek comes in because he wants attention too!)
Working around the house when not working (and feeding our deer).
And of course coming on this site and enjoying the company of all you good friends!
