I just finished watching the second episode of htis show...kind of a let down. Most of the scenes I found myself saying "What's going on?" whereas with Lost it was more a sense of curiousity and intrigue than confusion. And was it just me or were the limited commercial interuptions from last week installed this week?

I'm hoping it will get better once they've been able to introduce all the characters. It would have been better if they'd done the 2 hour premier and at least introduce the characters.

I thought so too. I think the first set were 10 minutes long last night

I didn't pick that up. Although her father is the "bad guy". I don't think he's been abusing her yet.... I think he's about to turn her over to his boss's though or experiment himself. It will be interesting to see which way this goes.

I'm more curious (since finding out the cheerleader was adopted) where all these people came from. Obviously there's something there. Were the rest adopted out....where they exposed to something, experimented on????

We got to see a possible future when Hiro was with the police. He'd teleported one month into the future. So this is what they are all going to have to prevent.

As for the stripper....well it appears that the father of her son is wanted by the police. Have to wonder if her son will be involved in this since he's "super smart".

Thanks for letting me ramble. I just found this site looking for Heroes and was lucky enough to stumble across the "Repairman Jack" forums. Didn't even know this was here.

Welcome. Stick around. And read some Repairman Jack (and other FPW) novels. Wink

Damn. This is why I can't watch regular TV; been looking forward to it all week, then at 8:45 I realize I missed essestially the entire episode. They doing an encore tonight?

Thanks Jim, I think I'll hang around here for a bit. I'm already a fan of Repairman Jack and FPW's other novels. Now I must go see if there are any novels I missed.

What's wrong with Jericho?

They passed an old woman who was just opening the door of a brown Cadillac. An old man was already sitting in the passenger seat. The car had a personalized plate with the letters “J-U-S-P-R-A-Y”.
“That stuff work?” Israel said to her.
“‘Scuse me?” the little old woman said, clutching her keys.
“The spray. Does it keep them away?”
“Keep who away?” She looked confused.
“I gotcha.” Israel gave her a conspiratorial wink.
