If it doesn't make a difference with regard to the story, I think I'd have to go plural. It just fits to me:

Bloodlines

Nice.

If you use the plural, do we all get a credit for coming up with the "s"? Big Grin Big Grin

I like the plural as I'm guessing that more than one character will be unknowingly related to others.
The lastest book................is HOW LONG away from our hands??!!

I like Bloodline because it makes me think literally of a line drawn in blood, whereas Bloodlines only makes me think of heritage.

Bloodline is implied plural--a series of lines making up a singular whole. So, you have it both ways without the s. And I agree it does sound more sinister.

That's funny you should say that, Xamber. I was going to do post with a little Wink to suggest that the book be called "Lines of Blood" or "Line of Blood" to avoid the whole Sidney Sheldon title duplication issue.

My vote is for Bloodline as well. That title seems more ominous.
