Ok, talking this over with friends again at work about how this was important. Walt has some sort of supernatural powers. If you remember first season somehow he kills the birds, and creeps out his stepfather to point he gives his boy to his real father, Michael. So by end of season one we find out that Walt is different, and possibly has some sort of powers to him.
Going into a few episodes into season 2 after Walt is kidnapped, Shannon is having a dream and sees Walt standing in front of him. Shannon can't tell what he is saying, and wakes up screaming to Sied or however you spell it. So seeing the milkcarton this past week makes me think that Walt is trying to communicate through dreams.
