:yikes: WTF.com! :yikes:

Harbingers (the next one) is the most action-filled, violent, gut-wrenchingest book in the series (aka known as the BEST).

Suggestion...less LAST and more reading Harbingers!

Now drop and give me fifty!

Axioms Jack seems to live by (inadvertantly or not):

Why he does what he does: "I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." Bruce Wayne, Identity Crisis

On Rasalom: "Water's wet, the sky is blue...and good old Satan Claus, Jimmy...he's out there...and he's just gettin' stronger." Joe Hallenbeck, The Last Boyscout

Here's the whole wraparound of the cover. It's from a low-res jpeg he sent me as a study, so it's a little fuzzy.

Bloodline is my favorite, so far.

Veeery interesting...

Looks like some Kicker Man activity going on on the back cover, doesn't it?

There is a white one cartweeling under the bridge. Do you see another?

"Harbingers" the BEST? By Noomri! Raining tires, Roger Rabbit and HYRTBU makes me believe otherwise.

Cthulhu for President!

Why vote for a lesser evil? I can think of none better than the great old one, who should return from his slumber to take over the U.S. government and make this country a whole hell of a lot better as the leader of our executive branch. Or destroy it and drive everyone insane, kill us all, or something really nasty! Remember, Cthulhu for President, why vote for the lesser of two evils? Wink

So, let me get this straight. You're saying that All the Rage (tires), The Haunted Air (Roger Rabbit) and Crisscross (HYRTBU) are all better than Harbingers?

I loved all those books but none of them had the gut-wrenching impact on Jack's life, the all out action/mayhem nor the huge revelations about the other players in the Ally-Otherness war, that Harbingers has.

It appears that we will have to agree to disagree.
