Maybe my memory is flaky, and I've loaned out my copy of The Tomb, but isn't Vicky allergic to chocolate? I could swear she was. And yet, in Crisscross, there's been at least two bits where it's mentioned that she loves, or is eating chocolate.

Like I said, maybe I'm wrong; I could be confusing books here.

I believe you are correct. That is why she wasn't allowed to eat the tainted chocolates that were sent to Aunt XXXXX (name escapes me). Though I think it is mentioned that she still loves the taste of chocolate, it just causes an adverse reaction.

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... Well, yes, but she actually eats chocolate in the new book. It mentions her having a chocolate mustache.

It's not a big deal, I just thought FPW may want to clear it up before sending the book in for large scale printing. Just one of those things, you know?

Yes, in The Tomb she is definitely allergic to chocolate. I think she actually sneakingly picked up a piece of the chocolate and almost ate it and then decided she didn't want her face to swell up. And I remember Gia giving her the choice once and then being proud of her deciding not to take it.

I'm sure FPW has a good explanation . . .

This probably should've been handled through Private Messages, especially since FPW is gone this weekend. Putting this here in public, in case it is a goof, was probably not the most polite thing to do.

I apologize, Mr. Wilson.

I'm sure it's not a big deal posting your observations here. If it's a goof, it's a goof. Opps.

Oh sure, like that's going to make Paul feel better. He'll probably never come back he's so embarrassed. Poor Effy! How could you, Nijimeijer?!

Heh. Just kiddin'.

I'm sure Paul will be very understanding. If he writes you a prescription for something though, well, you might just want to have your pharmacist take a look at it. If the scrip says "KCl" don't worry. Potassium Chloride has NO harmful side effects! :-)

Aunt Nellie.

And while were at it, have you noticed that Abe used to be 5 feet 8 inches tall, and is now 5 foot 2 or 3?

It happens.

"While were" ?!?!?

I caught you forgetting an apostrophe this time.
