I don't know much about copyright law, but I believe certain company logos are copyrighted. The logo for the t-shirt I'm sure would also be copyrighted so that some other company or indidual may not duplicate it. I'm surprized someone else has not brought this up.

Crap, I think that one's been taken.

I hope I'm not being too pointed here.

I believe "Leveling the playing field" is a phrase much used and not unique to any group, organization, etc. Kinda like AOL trying to claim "You've got mail" but yes, I'm sure the good people designing & marketing RJ merch could be lawyered out by some cold faceless unfeeling corporation that don't know jack.

C'mon, Keith--there's no such thing as a "cold faceless unfeeling corporation." The human beings who =comprise= such an enteprise might fit the bill, but let's not muddy language and thinking. But who am I to talk? Each day when I sign in at work, I chant, "B&N! B&N! They say you'll get rich, but they don't say when!"

Thanks Mike. By the way, if Eliot Ness had a brother, would he be the Other Ness?
