Thing is... it makes sense about the rockets on a repair droid. If they somehow slip off the outside of the ship in vaccuum, how would they get back on?

As a friend of mine put it.

"Wouldn't it be disturbing if, after everything in Return of The Jedi.... Jar-Jar turned out to be the emporer?"

STAR WARS: The Novels--What Happened When?

I've heard that there are upcoming novels that will deal more with the time period between III and IV, however.

Thanks Dejo, I plan on checking them out!

probably one of those little known stories where General Grievous cut it off, to the cheers of a few jedi before he killed them

According to the LINK:"starwars.com Episode III Easter Eggs" pages, Jar Jar does speak a word, two actually:

Quote:Some press outlets have reported that Jar Jar doesn't utter a single word in this film, but he does. Listen closely as the Senators file in behind Palpatine and enter the building. The bungling Gungan accidentally invades Senator Orn Free Taa's personal space, provoking an exchange of "Watch it." "Excuse me."
