RussM Wrote:One thing I thought a bit odd was one of the funnier scenes from the preview was missing from the movie, i.e., Mr. Incredible is in his red suit, still fat, and trying to put on his utility belt without success. Was rather disappointed they couldn't fit that in the actual film somewhere.I think that was made exclusively as a teaser, never actually supposed to be part of the movie.

Richard Kendrick Wrote:That reminds me... I remember that the teaser for "Freddie Got Fingered" showed a big yacht being dropped and smashed. But that scene was not in the movie anywhere and it did not even make it to the DVD out-takes. That always irritated me.THAT is what irritated you about Freddie Got Fingered ? I hope there was more than that.

Some scenes are obviously just edited out of the movie. I have wondered whether that is the case for animated movies also. In the case of the Incredibles scene, though, that struck me as something that was made exclusively as a promo.
