I finally caught up so now I can read these posts. I too kind of agree with Carol. At the time no one had mentioned getting meds and since Hershel already told them that this flu could kill I can understand her reasoning. Personally I think Rick could've just kept quiet about it.

I agree with Carol's logic as well....she isn't the same person that started out in the group. She's lost much and lived thru way more.
Darryl will be pissed with this I'm thinking.

Another thing....antibiotics won't help a virus....if this is truly a flu. And if it's bacterial....they better have found something good like Vanco or Zosyn to combat a hemorrhagic pneumonia.

Finally watched last weeks episode. Sad it's taken four episodes to finally get back into the groove of things as it was a very emotional episode. Minimalist and well done. I'm finally looking forward to the next episode.

I really enjoyed last night's episode.

Rick needs to depend more on his son.....Carl has proved his worth and deserves some props for stepping up time and time again. Sorry Rick...he's not a little boy anymore.

As to the "science" behind saving people by intubating them.....yeah....tubing will save the person....for a bit. Continuing to vent someone with an Ambubag is VERY tiring for the person doing the squeezes.
And I won't even address tubing someone with a throat full of blood.....without suction.....and without a laryngescope....in bad lighting. lol

Last night's episode seemed to be a variation of a section of "The Road to Woodbury". I wonder where they are going with this story line.

Why do I always do this to myself???

Possibly although they need to be careful with that - showing too much humanity in a villain sometimes kills the effectiveness of the villain in a story.

I think the governor is losing his humanity again.

So what did everyone think of last night's episode? Wow! I will miss Herschel a lot but it was time to kill the Gov.! I still hope Carol comes back.
