Ken V.

P.S. Welcome back.

Thanks, Ken V !!

I am very happy to be back. I hope to get back involved in the forum etc.

I've actually started working again on my Adversary Cycle/Repairman Jack compendium.

Well before my wife and daughter passed away, I got very frustrated with the project and thought I destroyed all my notes etc. Well, my wonderful wife, kept a great deal of my stuff and I recently found it.

So, I am beginning on it again. i am basically "checking" my previous work and making changes based on FPW's revisions to the novels.

It's going to take me some time, but I am very driven to complete it this time.

Sev Wrote:Thanks! You've confirmed my suspicion that it had something to do with Reprisal. I understand that Reprisal covers several years. Where does it fit into the RJ series?
(I'm off to locate the Adversary Cycle at my local libraries!)
Welcome, Sev! I think you'll find the gang to your liking.

REPRISAL has some very disturbing scenes. Please don't read it.

Well, I'm glad you're back, you always had interesting things to say.

I remember your saying that you had lost both your wife and daughter, and I was (and still am to a certain extent) hesitant to ask what happened to them.

I know how much it hurts to lose one's wife, but to lose both your wife and daughter must have been devastating.

If it's still too soon to talk about it, I understand, but I want you to know that you have my most sincere condolences and understanding.

Best,

Ken V.

Thank you for all the information!
One more question about Emma:

Was it Jack or Gia that chose the name and did they say if she was named after someone?

Thanks!

Hi folks!

I just finished The Touch.

Is Jack and Gia's Emma named after Jonah Stevens' Emma?

Thanks!

No, just a coincidence.
