So do I.

My Keltec PF-9 has no safety switch. It does have a very long trigger pull though. I use a pocket holster. I still just don't feel comfortable with a chambered round in my pocket. If I carried only once in a while, it would be different. I carry every day, all the time, so the odds of a freak accident are increased.

I was eyeballing one of those at Shoot Straight yesterday. I like the size, but I'm still stuck on the compact 9's. Tempting, but no sale (yet). I also liked the Kahr 380.

Its a great little gun. I would recommend it. I enjoy shooting it and I had to get used to firing a smaller sized handgun again, but overall I like it alot.

I discovered something new about ankle holsters last week: Even carrying as little as 2 lbs. of extra weight on one ankle, and walking around for several hours a day for two or three days, gives that one leg a considerable workout. Up until now, I'd mostly used an ankle holster for driving and sitting activities.

I think they are too hard to get to. I like a pocket holster.

I'm thinking about getting a leather S.O.B. holster for my Glock 23. I'd like to try one out first though. I don't think they'll work too well with a t-shirt.

With a cellphone, keys, and pocketknife, I had enough stuff weighing down my pockets. I have a bellyband holster that conceals well under jeans and a t-shirt when walking around, but it's not really comfortable to sit down with, unless the pistol is really small.
No concealment holster is good for a quick draw. With loose pants, I like a pocket holster that just breaks up the outline of a gun to keep it from printing through and being too obvious.

I had to get a belt clip for my phone. That freed up one pocket for my keys. I also clip my lock blade to a belt loop. I like to put my hand in my pocket, ready to draw, if I'm feeling like I may need to. Otherwise, I can still draw a pistol from my pocket far quicker than I can pull up a pants leg and draw from my ankle.

Cargo pants, along with the pocket holster, help reduce printing. A smaller .380, like the Ruger ACP, would also help, but I still like carrying a 9mm. I am just prejudiced.Big Grin

I'd prefer something in the 9mm-.38 Special class, too, but concealment is an issue with all of those I've got, except for a S&W 640 hammerless .38. I was carrying a Mouse gun in the DeSantis ankle holster, a Walther PPK .32.
