No concealment holster is good for a quick draw. With loose pants, I like a pocket holster that just breaks up the outline of a gun to keep it from printing through and being too obvious.
I had to get a belt clip for my phone. That freed up one pocket for my keys. I also clip my lock blade to a belt loop. I like to put my hand in my pocket, ready to draw, if I'm feeling like I may need to. Otherwise, I can still draw a pistol from my pocket far quicker than I can pull up a pants leg and draw from my ankle.
Cargo pants, along with the pocket holster, help reduce printing. A smaller .380, like the Ruger ACP, would also help, but I still like carrying a 9mm. I am just prejudiced.
