Ken Valentine Wrote:That would be interesting,
but I'm thinking that it would also be used (along with the necklaces and shards from the other sword) to reconstruct the final sword in NIGHTWORLD.
Also a strong possibility. I've read the revised Nightworld, but
I don't remember reading about a katana being used to reconstruct the sword. But it's been a while since I read it and I'm not letting myself read it again until after the final RJ book. So it could be exactly as you say and I've just forgotten because, at the time, the katana didn't have any special significance for me.
It wasn't in the revised NIGHTWORLD, but I expect that there will be a slightly revised-revised NIGHTWORLD in the offing.

(I expect I'm going to be getting a third copy of the book.) Wink

I take it there will be a re-revised Nightworld in the future. I'm assuming the outcome won't differ, but it's a good thing for me that I haven't read either of the 2 versions of Nightworld out there.

That's one way of looking at it.

For me, the original NIGHTWORLD was great. The revised NIGHTWORLD was another real treat. and as I expect it will be slightly revised again, I'm thinking that I'm going to be in for a third real treat.

I have just one criticism of Ground Zero, one I'm pretty sure Weezy would agree with.

There was entirely too much Googling going on.

I understand your antipathy toward Google, but it seems that the word has become a part of the language -- like Kleenex.

Any disposable paper tissue is generically called Kleenex, no matter who makes it.

It's not too late! Those other brands names have been entrenched for decades like that. The "G" word is still new enough to be replaced.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I believe I see a windmill with my name on it. Wink

Sorry, Wendy. (But "binging" doesn't quite do it)
