Kenji Wrote:Heroes, Weeds, Dexter............Hmm.

I haven't seen them yet! Sad Hopefully, next year....well, actually Heroes's DVD come out next February. I'm looking forward to Heroes! Cool

If you haven't read any, you need to check out the free Heroes novels. They're a fun addition to the show!

http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/novels_library.shtml

There are 66 of them so far! They give some parts of the shows that you never see and some of them enhance parts you see during the shows.

Another great site is http://www.the-owi.com

It's a fan site for Heroes and there are some good bits of fan fiction posted there.

Noelie Wrote:Like Maggers said, stick with Dexter. I found Deb somewhat annoying at the beginning, but as Jennifer Carpenter hit her stride in the role she became tons better (at least to me). I have such a girl crush on Deb, sometimes I wish I could be that flat out obnoxious to people I don't like. Big Grin And Doakes, well.. Doakes is Doakes. Wink

After a brief hiatus, I picked up Dexter again and I have to say I'm glad I did. Deb is definitely showing a bit more intelligence, both Doakes and LT. LaGuerta are paying for their stupidity and ice truck killer is a chilling villian.

I have also started in on Rome. I've only watched the first two episodes but they're enough to know I dig it. I loved how Pollo brought down the Republic.

I'm laid up for a bit recuperating from knee surgery. I wast thinking of getting the boxed set of the first season of HEROES to help pass the time. Is it worth it? I haven't seen it at all.

Reading is freedom.
The mind soars, no earthly cares,
no limitations.

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

Run, don't walk (I know you're laid up with an injury, but the sentiment is the same. Wink)

Trust me on this Maggers. You will love it.
