FP, do you know if this will ever have a regular mass market print run? If this has already been addressed, I apologize in advance. :-) Keri

It's too short a book (30k words) for a mass market pb. Maybe Necessary Evil will eventually do a trade paperback if the demand is there.

Or...

I might do a big collecton of Secret History stories that would include it.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaassssse?

I'm slowly amassing diverse anthologies (Heroic Fantasy, Revelations), but "Peabody" has eluded me so far.

Hmmm.. now I'm worried that this will have to wait for Post-Jack, Post-Revision-of-Nightworld.

Mercy, Joel. "Post-Jack Post Revision of NIGHTWORLD." Sounds to me like you're working up an article for THE JOURNAL OF JACK STUDIES. Scholarly and refereed, natch. All views are welcome...as long as they're the =correct= ones.Big Grin

It is an =awful= ah-deer! E-books, like decaf coffee, "lite" cigarettes, and "lite" beer, are an invention of Satan. See, His Satanic Majesty cannot =create= anything. He can only =parody= God's work. And we weak humans buy into his mockery...

E-BOOKS ARE AN ABOMINATION! SMITE THEM! CAST THEM OUT! FLUSH THEM DOWN!

And guess who will have worked for B&N for 24 years come May 21st...Big Grin

No-no-no, Keri! A book...a book is a warm and friendly companion...made from carbon and water, just like we are! An e-book, on the other hand...cold and heartless metal and silicon. Why, you could even get a shock! And =then= where would you be?
