I love Dexter.

I have seasons 1, 2, and 3 on dvd.

I'm interested in seeing the season 4 episodes that I've already missed. The problem with Dexter is that, missing 1 episode will leave you feeling lost for the rest of the season. It's almost like a very long show cut into segments.

Only the premier has aired and if you sign up now they are replaying it all week long so you won't have missed anything.

Does anyone get the feeling lundy is there for more then the trinity killer? Or are the writers just trying to get us to think that?

Anyone else hate how showtime shows scenes for next episode? You just have a big ending and are worried then it ruins the suspense with the previews.

OMG, I'm watching DEXTER and John Lithgow's character is the worst, creepiest, most awful character I've seen in a long time. I can barely watch him. Ohhhh....

I'm not going to highlight anything 'cause folks should know by now that we discuss DEXTER and in so doing, might be dealing with specifics.

That said............

I think Lithgow's character was toasting a picture next to the empty chair, and I think that person will be his next victim. I think. I don't remember who was in the picture.

Aren't most if not all of the Trinity Killer's victims women?

I'm not exactly sure, I'm going off memory but I thought the picture at the table he was drinking with was an old picture. Not sure though so I could be wrong.

I was thinking what if Trinity picked Rita as his next victim? That would get Dexter involved. Also the producers have said a main character dies within the first half of the season. That would seriously be a crazy turn for this show to take. But who knows?

Lithgow can certainly portray creepy with the best of them.

As for all Trinity's victims being female, they're not. As they were tossing the dummies from the tower, Lundy talked about the cycle Trinity uses: a young woman in a tub followed by a mother of two jumping and finishing with a man bludgeoned to death.

And its a couple of weeks late, but weren't the sleep-deprived Dexter opening credits great?

Lithgow is doing a real convincing creepy I'll tell you. Makes you wonder where he got the inspiration for how evil he is. That can't all be the writers. If it is, well, maybe their DNA ought to be run against cold case files.
