My wife bought me both of Lindsay's Dexter books for my birthday

DEXTER IS BACK!

DEXTER's 4th season is off to a great start! Had me shuddering. I'm very concerned for our dear Dexter. He needs to stay out of trouble, not get into it. He needs no accidental brushes with the police. I love how the series has taken on such a life of its own, veering away from the books so well.

And John Lithgow! For someone who plays comedy so well, he has a profoundly creepy side.

Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

John Lithgow is one of those actors I always love to see. His range is amazing. Just look at 3 of his roles, Footloose, Harry and the Hendersons, and 3rd Rock From the Sun.

I'm glad he is in another premier series. I don't plan on getting Showtime, so once again, I'll have to wait almost a year to see the next season (4). The shame is, I wait a year, buy the dvd for $20, then watch it in less than a week. Reminds me of Repairman Jack books!

T4, you are in for a treat, though you will have to wait a long while for it. OMG, I won't give details but the first murder committed by Lithgow is truly disturbing. Oie! The writers of this series are fantastic, and all the actors are up to the challenge.

Enjoy it when it comes time.

Lithgow plays a bad guy with ease it seems. Dexter still gets on my nerves, but I'm still watching. That must say something, but I don't know what. LOL.

I may get Showtime. Do they replay earlier episodes? I'd want to get caught up.

See if Netflix or Blockbuster has the previous seasons.

I love Dexter.

I love Dexter.

I just finished watching Dexter: Season Three from Netflix. Since I don't get ShowTime, I'm always one season behind. John Lithgow, huh? Wow. Can't wait to see it next year on dvd.

P.S. And I guess that means staying away from this thread to avoid spoilers. I love watching the show four episodes at a time and not know where the story's headed. Jimmy Smits was a great villain.
