Repairman angle:

Call Jack
Get Jack
Hi Jack
Hi, Jack?
Help! Jack...
Fixed by Jack

Discovery angle:

Do You Know Jack?
Who is Jack?
Who's Jack?

If Jack has a Burger King gig (or an obsession with his middle finger) you could call him "Jack The Flipper".... Yuck Yuck...

Fade to Jack

Man, there are a lot of good ideas in this thread! There's gotta be at least 500 possibles by now. I would not want to have to pick one out of all that!

FPW - can we get another hint, please? Is there an overall tone for this series - serious, spooky, humorous...? I'm sure there will be elements of all those and more, but is any one more prevalent than the others? Thanks!

There are repetitions, too.

Let us know when you've had enough, Paul. When are you and your editors/publishers/YA agents and everyone else going to make a decision? Sometime soon or in the future?

Scott Hajek Wrote:"Just Jack" will be too cornfusing for all the "Will & Grace" fans out there.

I thought about that, but felt it wouldn't interfere.

The books aren't published yet, heck they aren't even written yet. The TV series is over. While there will be reruns, by the time the books are out sometime in the future, the youngsters to whom these books will be marketed probably won't be familiar with "Will & Grace."

Shadow Worker

You really only need three things: WD-40, Duct Tape, and a pointy stick. If it's supposed to move and doesn't, use the WD-40. If it moves and isn't supposed to, use the Duct Tape. If you want it to move and it doesn't want to, use the pointy stick. The rest of life is easy.
