I still have yet to watch AvP. The original comic series was really well done. If you can find it, it is what the movie should've been based on.

Keep your expectations low. Wink

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

Hey, there you go Kenji. That is actually a nice little thought. Never crossed my mind. Yeah I like the places that could take this.....

Isn't that how AVP ended? They left it wide open for a sequel on the Predators home planet.

Ah thats right, the last predator who got killed ( or did he?) had an egg in him...I had completely forgotten that, maybe its because the movie was such a let down.

SPOILER!!

Yeah, but I have a problem with the egg in his chest thing. Remember big bad momma shoved her tail CLEAN THROUGH his chest. Exactly where the Alien popped out of. She should've killed the baby. Plus according to Alien 3, the Aliens won't harm a host.

Well, consistency has never been a hallmark of this movie series after the first two movies, both of which are classics in their own sense. Aliens 3 killed off some of the characters who lived at the end of Aliens. Aliens 4 never fully explained how they cloned Ripley plus aliens when she died in flames after the little alien emerged from her chest in Aliens 3. And if predators and aliens have been going at it for centuries, surely the predators would know about the risk of a hunter bringing aboard a parasite alien, and not just cart every body back into the ship without checking. I'm waiting for more stupid movies to emerge from studios with titles like "Aliens vs. King Kong," or "Predator vs. Freddie." Hollywood appears stuck on "recycle."

That would be "American Pie IV: Revenge of the Nerds."

Spoiler!

It was the blood sample she gave in Alien 3, the one that told her she was infected.

I actually read something about some of these (but apparently they've been shot down already).

Chucky v Jaws

Pinhead v Michael Meyers- now this one would be interesting, but apparently, some guy in the chain doesn't want to relinquish control of Pinhead to do the movie so that one will never be.

I even heard there's going to be a Freddy v Jason II.
