Scott Hajek Wrote:I still have yet to watch AvP. The original comic series was really well done. If you can find it, it is what the movie should've been based on.Keep your expectations low.
Kenji Wrote:Maybe, I guess that giant species was "King". Like a mantis, after mating, he was killed by Queen. :p
KRW Wrote:Spoiler, again.......................
Isn't that how AVP ended? They left it wide open for a sequel on the Predators home planet.

Ah thats right, the last predator who got killed ( or did he?) had an egg in him...I had completely forgotten that, maybe its because the movie was such a let down.
Medusa Wrote:SPOILER!!
Yeah, but I have a problem with the egg in his chest thing. Remember big bad momma shoved her tail CLEAN THROUGH his chest. Exactly where the Alien popped out of. She should've killed the baby. Plus according to Alien 3, the Aliens won't harm a host.
Anders Monsen Wrote:Well, consistency has never been a hallmark of this movie series after the first two movies, both of which are classics in their own sense. Aliens 3 killed off some of the characters who lived at the end of Aliens. Aliens 4 never fully explained how they cloned Ripley plus aliens when she died in flames after the little alien emerged from her chest in Aliens 3. And if predators and aliens have been going at it for centuries, surely the predators would know about the risk of a hunter bringing aboard a parasite alien, and not just cart every body back into the ship without checking. I'm waiting for more stupid movies to emerge from studios with titles like "Aliens vs. King Kong," or "Predator vs. Freddie." Hollywood appears stuck on "recycle."
Biggles Wrote:How about "American Pie vs. Revenge of the Nerds"?
