Did anyone mention "Close Encounters..."

It really became stupid when that guy started shoveling dirt into his house, I mean, COME ON!!!

Besides it was really boring!!!!

I can't waych Con Air for the simple reason they destroy a 1964 Corvette Convertible, just because I'm a Corvette fanatic.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - zzzzzzzzzz

Blood Rayne - worst movie ever, period

Gummo - boring, no plot

Id4 - Tacky

Anybody mention Kubrick's "The Shining" - the one with Jack Nicholson? I saw that one in the theater when it was first released. People were laughing. It still makes me cringe.

The Grudge. I left the theater in the middle. Of course, it may have had something to do with the group of 14 year old girls who screamed through all of the dialogue.

you actually watched it? I couldn't even finish watching any preview of the Grudge. Either on tv or the internet

Lisa Wrote:1. THE MATRIX. That's right, I said THE MATRIX. A movie that managed to be boring, confusing, pretentious, corny, embarrassing, and highly fucking unlikely--all at the same time.

Totally 100% agree. This may be THE most over-rated film of all time. It had been so hyped up that by the time I actually watched it, I was actually angry at having wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time sitting through that complete waste of film. I have nothing to recommend about this movie. The writing, the directing, the premise, and plot represented some of the worst filmmaking I've ever seen. Even talented actors like Lawrence Fishburn and Joe Pantoliano couldn't make this story work.

Pretty much any movie with a Wayans in it needs to be burned. Who keeps funding these guys?

oddly enough, I liked Blankman.

Someone somewhere likes them enough that they keep coming back.
