I don't know just how much Nightworld is going to be revised, but Jack doesn't have a child in the original, so I am expecting that Gia will lose the baby somewhere along the way. I really expected it at the end of Haunted Air. I haven't read Infernal yet, so I don't know what happens in that one.

Second question, does anyone else think Jack and Gia's baby might be just as special as Jack or one of the "mother" ladies? In Crisscross Gia is almost hit by a bus after she might be suffering a misscarriage. It seemed to me that the baby was suffering as well when ever a pillar was planted. Does anyone agree with me?
