Nice aircraft . . . the Cessna that is. I think the last time I went up in a Cessna was 1980, and I don't remember what model it was.

do enjoy working on aircraft.
Currently, I'm helping a friend restore a couple of Stearman's. Well . . . build would probably be a better description. He went through eight airframes before he found one that was worth restoring, and even then, we ended up replacing nearly half the tubes.
We have the second one on the fixture right now, and it's cut off right after the front cockpit. The rest of it wasn't worth saving.
I've also done some restoration work on Warbirds for the Planes Of Fame Museum in Chino, California. Oh, do they have some fascinating planes.
