Ken Valentine Wrote:Yeah, Maria Bello would make a GREAT Jack, but I still prefer Dakota Fanning.

Not sure if he can do dark and moody, but he looks the part and has charm aplenty.
anyway, RJ comes up and I hear Ryan Reynolds. Any truth to this????? Even a possibility?
I diodnt even know who the guy was so I looked him up and went OH YEAH! yeah, he'd be COOL!

He is definitely nothing like how I pictured Repairman Jack when I read the books, and the sort of film that would cast him as the hero would probably turn the entire thing into a Teen-Horror movie.
Need someone a little older, a little quieter, a little plainer. He is described in the books as not being handsome, but not being ugly either. He's an average as you like everyman.
This Ryan Reynolds fella looks more like a movie star.
