Do you have a chili recipe using camel?
Ken V.
P.S. Have you noticed how much chicken tastes like rattlesnake?
Ken Valentine Wrote:I'll take your word for it. I've eaten horse, but not camel.Well, I was told it was camel. Guy I knew in the USAF brought some stuff back from a TDY. For all I know, it could have been goat. I knew some serious liars back in the 70s. (Starting with my recruiter).
Quote:Do you have a chili recipe using camel?Nothing specific. I guess I'd treat it like I do any other ruminant, and taste and adjust seasoning as I went along. That worked when I did bear, I figured that what works with pork (another omnivore) was a good start and there were no casualities and no complaints at that Liberty Round Table conclave.
