It is now available on Kindle in the UK, however the 'cover' art says Cold City, I had to double check the first page with the real Cold City to make sure I ordered the right thing.

Looking forward to some Jack as soon as I'm done with Locke Lamora's latest.

Will I like the newLocke as much as I like the old Jack? I just saw that the third one was finally out.

I really need to commit to Locke at some point. I have the first two books but never got more than 100 pages into the first. I feel bad considering the author is from my home state.

Even when it Lies first came out, I had to be in just the right 'mood' for this type of fantasy and I was; I thought it brilliant. I rank it among the best fantasies I've ever read. I liked the second but nowhere near as much as Lies but if high fantasy is your thing, then I think you ought to commit.

I have just started another, The Bone Season, by Samantha Shannon that reminds me of Lies a bit. Its less gritty thus far but it introduces a world I haven't read before and I'm loving her writing. Shannon is quite impressive a a 22 year old first time novelist.

I think you will. About half way through and I'm really enjoying it.
