I think more people need to know about www.fetchbook.info. You can look for a used book there and they will check all of the used books sites (Alibris, Amazon, Abebooks, Barnes & Noble, eBay, Half.com, Biblio, etc.)

Gateways is Gauntlet Press. The Borderlands editions I listed for $100 each, but I am a bit flexible on all of them. They were $60 new, and have never even been read. Still perfect condition.
