I'm a big fan of the Repairman series but I am unable to find either The Tomb or The Haunted Air in any of the Chapters/Indigo locations in Toronto. Are these books in print? (Especially the Tomb). I have the rest of the collection and have seen Gateways for sale in hard cover but would like to pick up its predecessor first. I'd rather not buy online but may have too. Are there distribution issues with Canada?

Not sure about distribution issues. I'd buy online if I were you. Go to Addall.com or Bookfinder.com and find a Canadian dealer who has a few of the FPW books, and query them directly. This is an inexpensive way to get the books you need, and an easy way to purchase the harder-to-find titles.

And there's always Amazon, of course.

I don't know why you would be reluctant to buy online. I've bought countless books from Amazon.com and other online merchants. If you are concerned about security, you shouldn't be. That would be any easy way to find and purchase books not available in Canada.

I was just in a Chapters in Thunder Bay, ON over the weekend and they had a copy of SIMS. This was the only FPW book they had, so I told the guy I was on a mission to get more bookstores to stock FPW's books. He didn't seem convinced.

There is a severe shortage of FPW in Canada. The only book bookstores and libraries in my hometown seem to have is The Select.

I picked up The Haunted Air at Chapters in Halifax this weekend. Already dug into it. I'm trying to pace myself rather than doing my usual Repairman Jack 16-20 hour straight through routine but its not working well so far.

I went into a used book stoor in newmarket ontario and found 3 books by wilson. I think that would be a great place for you to look too
