Yeah, that's the only one I really NEED answered tomorrow night. I have plenty of unanswered questions - like who kept the Dharma food drops going for twenty-some years after the Dharma purge? How'd they know where to find the island all the time? But I can let those go (until the DVDs come out) as long as the Eloise mystery is explained.
colburn0004 Wrote:Gah now that I have started I could really keep going. One thing I've wondered the past couple seasons is the connections of the characters. In the first two seasons it was a lot about finding out that people were connected in their flashbacks, was there ever a point to that? Ah well, well there is mine how bout everyone elses?
I think the point was to enforce the theme that each person's life touches so many others whether we're aware of it or not. You never know which stranger you encounter might end up being very important in your life later on.
AlvinFox Wrote:One thing that really bothered me in the last episode was MiB and Ben. MiB tells Ben he can have the island if Ben kills some people for him. Ben agrees. Later MiB says he needs to get Desmond because Desmond is the failsafe that will destroy the island and MiB wants to use him to do so. And he tells this to the guy he just earlier said could have the island. Ben seems okay with this.
See - there's another BIG clue that Ben has his own plan and he's pretty confident that it's going to work.
AlvinFox Wrote:Finally, I hope that ABC's genius idea of telling people to text in their Lost goodbyes so that they will be shown onair doesn't mean that they will popup or scroll along the bottom of the screen during the final episode. During the preshow or before or after commercials is fine but I don't want another V Countdown timer on the screen for the whole episode.
Agree!!!!!
Speaking of saying goodbye to Lost, this here is a MUST SEE video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iggE4ImYwyc! I loved it and I don't even like hip-hop. But they capture the feeling perfectly and it's got some funny moments and it made me a little teary-eyed. Just check it out. You'll see.
I've got our fish biscuits (aka goldfish crackers) and mangos for snacks during "The End". I probably better have some tissues handy as well. My waterworks have been priming since Tuesday for the end of this wonderful story.
