Harry and I went back and forth on this more than usual. We settled on a surreal landscape and a woman's torso with peep holes into that Otherscape. Any character come to mind?

Of course, but I admit I did not see the woman's torso immediately.

As I looked at various parts of the cover, I finally noticed a hand and that made me see the upper torso. The placement of that hand (the figure's left) and the suggested placement of the other first struck me as a classic pregnancy pose which put me in mind of a different character until I noticed the peep holes. So the figure works on two levels, at least for me.

It really is a well-done illustration.
