Welcome, CCarroll. You'll like it here.

As many FPW fans know, Paul published The Tomb in '84: Whispers Press limited edition hardcover in October and Berkley mass market paperback edition in November.

Aliens was released in July '86...either Cameron is a huge FPW fan and lifted the setting from the novel or it is an incredible coincidence.

You be the judge.

Personally, I feel that James Cameron should direct the movie version of the Tomb just by way of apology.

Heh.

Axioms Jack seems to live by (inadvertantly or not):

Why he does what he does: "I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." Bruce Wayne, Identity Crisis

On Rasalom: "Water's wet, the sky is blue...and good old Satan Claus, Jimmy...he's out there...and he's just gettin' stronger." Joe Hallenbeck, The Last Boyscout

Heh.

Could someone take 30 years off Bruce Willis so he could play Jack?
