Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

If they succeed in preventing their plane from crashing will they just disappear from existence because nothing ever happened post plane crash? Will they sudden 'come to' while on the plane and remember 3 years of a life that they never lived?

Whatever happens I don't think that they'll prevent their plane crash.

I kind of have the feeling that A. they won't change anything and they will have to get back to their time somehow. or B. they will change things but it will not change their current predicament almost as if theyre would then be an alternate timeline where it doesnt happen again but to them and their time it has already happend so they're stuck.

Besides that, what is the point to Eloise sending him on his way just so she can kill him? What significance does it have? And if he was supposed to die and from that the O6 were supposed to get the idea to carry out his plans has it already happend? and even if they carry out his plans is it what was supposed to happen anyways? How Whidmore and Eloise were talking and how they were trying to get him there, it seems like there is some importance to his dying. My head hurts.

I still think the volcano will explode in the final season and blast them into the present.

Seems so obvious after it was pointed out to me...

Eloise no longer knows what's going to happen because after she killed Daniel, she took his journal and was able to know what was happening up to his death.

Then again, there is the whole Daniel was still alive right at the end. The Others could take him to be healed like Ben.

The thing i can't stop thinking about is what is it her and most likely whidmore wants with this? (I kinda think Eloise doesnt really want whatever it is to happen and thats why she helped the o6 and ben get back to the island, maybe dan was right she lied to them.) But she seemed like she really didnt want to send daniel to his death which means whatever comes of it must be very important for her to want it so badly.

I've also been trying to figure out the motivation behind all the choices Eloise has made. Why is she off the Island? How did that happen? Better yet, how'd she get ON the Island? We know Widmore was thown out, but why did Daniel's mother leave, and when did she and Whidmore conceive Daniel - on or off the Island? Seems like off the Island would be my guess. I don't think we will know Eloise's story till next season. Not sure why I say that, just a thought.

But another story we need to know is the story of The Others. Who the heck are they, how have they been chosen, who chose them, why are they there, what are they really protecting, who is Richard Alpert, and, of course, who or what is Jacob?

Eloise, Richard, Jacob...key Others and we still don't know much about any of them.

Is there any significance to "loved" (past tense) in the phrase "God loves you as He loved Jacob" which was shown on the brainwashing video Karl was forced to watch? Does God no longer love Jacob? If so, is it because Jacob is dead? Or because Jacob did something to fall out of favor? Or am I reading too much into the the choosing of the words?
