An easy way to find closed thread on your own (not just you KRW, but to others that asked which one as well) all you have to do is look to the left of the thread title and if there is a lock next to it, then it is closed.

Thanks. I never look at that side of the board.

sigokat Wrote:That's not the point I was trying to make. And isn't the whole "if you don't like it, don't read it" argument a little old and stale? So fuck anyone else's opinion?

I don't think so. If you don't like what's on the radio, change the station. If you don't like what's on t.v., turn the channel. If you don't like the thread (or web site for that matter), don't read it. What gets old and stale is the biggest prude in the room trying to tone it down for everyone else just so they can be a part.

I thought that was the only rule in this forum. That's why I like it. Maybe Marc takes umbrage at people being called a "yuppie"?

sigokat Wrote:Honestly, its not that I don't like this thread. It is stupid and pointless, but the point I was trying to make was that the other thread shouldn't have been closed at all and if that one was closed then why not this one? Or any other thread where some n00b had his/her feelings hurt or ad hominem attacks were taking place?
As little as I know you, I should've figured that out. I thought you were serious about closing it.

RIGHT!!!!!
