Of course, I have a sleeping time.

Cause of time difference, when America and England is afternoon, Japan is midnight. So I'm sleeping in night. And, when I'm in my office, sometimes I'm watching this site.....between working time and rest time.

sorry for the slow reply. I went at 3:30 yesterday and felt so wierd afterward that all I did was write my thank-you note and meet some friends for a much-needed beer! It went well, I think I have a reasonable chance of getting an offer. My only hesitation is that the description and responsibilities changed between the two interviews. The job was switched from process development at a microbiology company to a microbiology research and development position. I have much less experience with that, which was causing me some anxiety, but I've had some time to think it through. I can pick things up fairly quickly and I'm sure I'll get some training, so I'm feeling much better about things now. Maybe it was the night to sleep on it, or maybe it was the beer I had before bed, I'm not sure Thanks for the interest, it is really nice that someone cares, someone I haven't even met! I really appreciate it!

Dive right in and 'Fake it till you make it'.You can bet everyone else does when they take a position they're intimidated by. I'm sure you'll do great, you sound like you've got your head screwed on, which is probably the starting point they're looking for.

To an extent, it definetly is. The company makes diagnostic equipment for hospitals to test blood, urine, sputum, etc samples for various bacteria. So because of the hospital use they are ISO 9001 certified, which means everything is accompanied by lots of paperwork and has to meet very stringent government standards to maintain certification. There are FDA inspections, etc to ensure standards are being met and that there are no violations. But, you don't work with government people breathing down your neck or anything.
