It's funny you say don't laugh cause when i saw the preview in the movie theater before cloverfield I couldn't stop laughing at the title, it just sounded like a porn movie or something. But as of the movie it does seem a little interesting.

It's because for a lot of people nowadays, the title of the movie makes it sound like some kind of bad porno flick. I never thought that until people started poking fun about it (very) recently; otherwise, I heard "Midnight Meat Train," I shuddered - it's a really grim, creepy image to me.

Yeah could be just my college humar I don't know I was just in the theater with a couple buddies of mine and couldn't help but think of it being a title for a bad porno movie. But besides the title i think the movie looks interesting and may be pretty good.

If you live in the U.S., and you have Comcast's OnDemand, and thus their "channel" FEARnet...you can now watch the (supposed to have been big-screen) film adaptation of Clive Barker's great short story "The Midnight Meat Train!"

I'm not sure if it's widescreen or full screen (SSSSS...), but either way, it's here, finally! DVD coming sometime soon!

Usually films skip the cinema and go straight to DVD/onDemand if they're rubbish. . . but imDb has a rating of 7.3 after ~1,500 votes which would make this film pretty good.........:confused:

Will do. This movie has been getting MAJORLY positive buzz, but its treatment has been making people's heads tilt in confusion - most especially so Mr. Barker, who thinks it's great. He was royally pissed that the movie was getting the shaft, but he said that the film "will speak for itself," and that soon enough, people will finally get to see it and the jerks from Lionsgate will be kicking themselves in the end.

I'll see it tomorrow. Expect a review shortly thereafter!
