Yep, I'm lovin' it a whole lot. Smile

Conspiricies is still my first or second favorite book of the whole series and this new cover adds a whole new reason to love it.

cobalt79 Wrote:Neat new cover. I like it, I hope this sparks new interest in Jack for you.

With that cover, I'd definitely pick it up even if I'd never heard of Repairman Jack before.

Very cool, Bones. Very cool indeed. Cool

Looking good; you might get some SF readers attention from it as well.

Well, heck, Scott...I've ALWAYS considered Repairman Jack to be SF!

I DO like the new cover...can't wait to reread it.

My hat is off to you Bones...well done indeed! Now if only it was 1040 pixels high, what an amazing wallpaper it would make.

...just one question, Bones...why isn't there three spikes of lightning (to match Jack's three scars as you suggested in the Wallpaper thread)?

Axioms Jack seems to live by (inadvertantly or not):

Why he does what he does: "I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." Bruce Wayne, Identity Crisis

On Rasalom: "Water's wet, the sky is blue...and good old Satan Claus, Jimmy...he's out there...and he's just gettin' stronger." Joe Hallenbeck, The Last Boyscout

...but now, looking at the top graphic (behind Jack's cranium) it seems dull, by comparison to Bone's bottom graphic.

Any ideas on how to make the top graphic spicier? My vote is the Twins, one on either side of Jack's circle.

I hadn't really considered Jack's scars - the three beams of light would have been a foreshadow/recurring motif of the 'Claws Of The Rakoshi' that the text was referencing.

It'd be a cool idea to have 3s recurring, but as Cobalt has no doubt already correctly surmised I just didnt think of it. Wink

Cheers Legion, and to eveyone who liked my take on the cover Smile

I'm afraid the image is too low-res to look decent as a desktop Wappidooby, you'll just have to wait for me to finish my proper one. . . Wink

Have you taken this pic yet???
