Nice cover. The UFPs remind me of the saucers in "War of the Worlds" (the Gene Barry version, not the Tom Cruise crap). They look to be single occupancy vehicles. Maybe they're supposed ot be Kitten-class Star Fighters, as in Futurama's: "Our kitten-class star fighters were no match for their chairs".
You really only need three things: WD-40, Duct Tape, and a pointy stick. If it's supposed to move and doesn't, use the WD-40. If it moves and isn't supposed to, use the Duct Tape. If you want it to move and it doesn't want to, use the pointy stick. The rest of life is easy.
On the topic of "Conspiracies", I think I know which house is Melanie and Lou Ehler's Shoreham house. It even has a cool Gargoyle outside, maybe protecting the garden. I should remember to take a photo next time I go for a walk in that direction.

The tower would have been a great addition, but it's eerie enough just as it is.
