Oh, and is the new sword to kill a particular party by any chance the special one in Black Wind?

You'd think that Killing people would make them like you, but it doesn't! it just makes people dead.

Dang that would be cool...I completely forgot about that sword. I bow to your cerebral prowess

I read the Keep this weekend, during Black Wind. If the new Jack book has to do with Black Wind, and is called By the Sword...Big Grin Plus the sword has those powers:eek:. Thanks.

That made me wonder about Anya. It means inexhaustable, among other things. FPW is carful about his choice of his charactor's names.

On the same lines, Gia is very close to Gaia who is named after the greek ( she is Italian, isn't that close enough) earth goddess who was considered a Mother Goddess or Great Goddess that effected Earth's environment that promotes life overall.

Does that mean the other half of the equation is something derived from Anya's surname? Infuriatingly, all my books are packed so I'm unable to have a look to see what it is. Anyone know?

(And keep up the good work Libby, I think you may be star pupil at the moment!)

"I handed in the new RJ novel with the
working title, BY THE SWORD. David says the sales force loved the title at the
pre Turkey-Day sales meeting, so that's what it will be. That means Paul Ramplin
gets a credit line in the acknowledgments.

Check the Dog's name...Irving. That's another 1/2 of the equation.
