Here's a baseball simile for you. The attention that the Ally gives to Earth is like the attention that a ball player gives to an itch in his crotch during a game...he adjust's his cup and doesn't give it another thought...only when the itching persists or begins to burn does he actually start to pay attention.

That was the most vulgar baseball analogy that I could come up with on short notice.

Sort of like the Buc's showing against the G-Men? Don't worry. You're in good company. I'm a Seahawks fan and the whipping we took from GB in the playoffs was a whopper!

Why vote for a lesser evil? Oh...you had to go there. Sad

I'm proud of what my boys did this past year. We were devestated by injuries, and we still had a pretty good showing. I mean come on. Our biggest losses happened at the beginning of the season, (Cadillac, Petitgout, Kelly). We lost a solid left tackle, and he was replaced by a guy who never played a game in the NFL! And he did fine!

Well do exceptionally well next year. Bank on it!

But I think your 'Hawks had the same advantage my Bucs did last year. We both played in some pretty sorry divisions. No matter. All that matters is the number in the "W" column, right? Next year!

You're correct my 1976 expansion team brother. Except we beat you guys and knocked both Garcia and Cadillac out of the game last year. Smile

Truth be told I'm a big Bucs fan too. Gruden is the Bees Knees and Joey Galloway has always been one of my favorite players. What you guys need is another quality WR and I'll be surprised if they don't take a big WR with their first pick in the draft. The Bucs should repeat next year but NO will provide some stiff competition. They don't play a 1st place schedule like you guys do and will have a healthy Deuce McAllister back as well.

Sorry to hijack the Conspiracies thread and turn it into a NFL chat room. I'll have to keep a careful watch over my shoulder and make sure none of youse install a 666 chip in my head or send the NWO after me.

My favorite quote from Conspiracies:

"Mauricio had gnawed the finger's proximal phalanx clean. He cracked the bone in half and began sucking out the marrow".

I don't think I've ever read something so wrong and so hilarious at the same time.

I'm just worried that if we draft DeSean Jackson that he'll break like the aforementioned proximal phalanx, (all the mocks say that we're getting him. I think I'd rather get Limas Sweed). I mean what NFL wide receiver weighs 169 lbs? We have linemen who's wrists are bigger than his arms!

I really hope Sedrick Ellis somehow slips to #20. And while I'm dreaming, maybe Chris Long will fall to us in the 2nd round! And maybe I'll get a convertible!

But oh yeah. Hijack over.

I wonder if I can change my name to Proximal Phalanx. I'll add a avatar with a capuchin monkey.

NickelobLight Wrote:Hmmmm.

Remember, I mentioned that I haven't read Reborn or Reprisal. I have no clue what happened to Glaeken after The Keep, (until he started watching Jack).

I did read A Day in The Life today. Well done! I was quite entertained. The fix-it was great.

I loved A Day in the Life when it came out in Stalkers back in '89. I lost my copy, but just managed to find a hardback off of Amazon for less than $20.

I have not read Reborn, Reprisal, or Nightworld yet. The theories you all have been posting are interesting and quite an enjoyable read. I'm glad I finally became a member! Smile
