Yes, I'll second John C. Reilly and William H. Macy and Chris Cooper, and I'll throw in Brian Cox.

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

Yeah, definitely Brian Cox. I didn't know it was him in the X-Men movie until the credits. Still the definitive Hannibal Lector

Daniel Day Lewis - My Left Foot, Last Of The Mohicans, The Crucible, Gangs Of New York, In The Name of the Father and I cant wait for There Will Be Blood. He's differents in all his movies and in my opinion thhe best actor out today.

Although I have to say Reynolds is a good choice. He has range. He can be the smartass Jack as well as he has the physicality necessary. He can do menace and he can do dark as well.

I like the choice, personally.

Jack is a...smartass, Dawg? Deconstructing the character from a phenomenological existentialist's POV, I must question your reasoning. And the more references you can summon from tiny left-wing journals nobody reads ("I read it every month to see if my grandchildren have something new!"), the better for our carbon footprint. See HEATWAVES AT THE EDGE OF TIME, edited by Al Gore, et al.

You are a sick, sick man Mike.

Which is why I like you. Smile
