Today is the official street date for Bloodline. I hope they were able to get them into the stores after bumping the title from October to September.

I haven't been keeping up and didn't realize the date had changed. I'll try to make sure that doesn't happen again. =)

Fortunately, my semi-local Barnes&Noble happened to have 2 copies in, and I overcame the inertia that typically grabs me when I get home from work and went out and picked up my copy.

Whee!!

Got mine at a local B & N yesterday. The first one I checked had only gotten 3 copies in and they were already sold (good for you, bad for me I guess). The BN website was still showing it with an October release, had me a tad confused yesterday.

How many vikings does it take to change a light bulb?

None. The light from the burning monastery is more than sufficient.

May the Norse be with you.

Got mine yesterday and finished it in one sitting. Damn it, Paul, you HAVE to stop writing such awesome books, I had things I needed to get done.

Seriously, another great read. Thanks.

BLOODLINES arraived from amazon.com today. I just finished DEXTER and now I'm on to BLOODLINES. Oddly, BLOODLINES begins with Jack referencing "the watcher," and "the Watcher" has a very large part in DEXTER IN THE DARK. Obviously these watchers have no bearing on one another, but it was eerie to finish one book where a watcher plays a key role and begin another with an immediate reference to a watcher. Just an interesting coincidence....

Reading is freedom.
The mind soars, no earthly cares,
no limitations.

Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

Got my copy today! I also happened to be in Borders tonight and found two copies of Bloodline in stock! I was also happy to see that Borders had almost all of the repairman jack series (paperbacks) in stock.
