Thanks, all, very much for the info on Virgin.
I just got me a copy on eBay for 75 cents. (of course the shipping was $3)
Going to jump into it as soon as I'm finished with Gateways.
Are there any other novels FPW has written under the guise of another name...?

Implant, The Foundation (The Select), and Deep as the Marrow

by Colin Andrews

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

No, in honor of my beloved Steelers starting training camp in Latrobe (home of Rolling Rock), I'll celebrate with a Black and Gold--Guinness and Rolling Rock.

But that's in the U.K., not in the U.S., isn't it?
