Possible Spoiler

It's just my opinion, but it seemed like the ending was a giant middle finger to everyone who cared about Roland.

I'll try the movie if it comes out. It's just a good thing that the manager of the theater in my city said I can watch for free whenever I want to as long as she's with me. (Yep, we've been dating for a while. and nope, I don't mean it the way that sounded)

Looks like Ron Howard is going to be doing a trilogy of Dark Tower movies.

And THEN it will be a TV series.

It almost did.

After they had gotten the rights Abbrams, Cuse and Lindleoff felt that they wouldn't be able to do it justice and decided to pass on it.
