Does that title suggest anything to you? I'll read it of course, but i hope there's a very good reason behind the circumstances for which Jack will find himself in.

Congrats to NewYorkJoe! Sounds like a tough scene for Jack, one that would require much scheming to get out of.

I wish he'd hid his identity so there'd be no question of playing favorites, but in the end no one could see how the hell Jack would get out of this one.

Blame it on the Bluesman, he's a bad influence! Wink He MADE me do it!

It's gonna take more than scotch tape, Q-tips, and a Swiss Army knife to get out of this one!

Thanks,

Though, the question to ask is how would Jack get himself into a situation like this? It relies on the Hollywood trapping of someone being too stupid and impulsive and immediately obedient. Jack has proven time and time again to be none of the above.

While the whole idea is creepy and thought out pretty well, it doesn't seem to fit the RJ canon and would be more appropriate for SAW IV as someone else alluded to.

Though congrats must be thrown at NYJ for being one sick mutha-f'er. And for winning some cash, too.

Every situation can be solved. Here are the three alternatives:

General order #1: Handle it.
General order #2: Follow me.
General order #3: Let 'em die.

In this case, the solution is #3. Don't ever put on the suit.

Congrats from Sunny England. The fact that seemingly no-one (myself - and, indeed, yourself! - included) can think of how Jack would get out of this fix makes it a deserved winner.
I guess the question now is, will FPW be able to figure out an answer?
Well done!

The only thing I could think of would be to put it on someone else, would still have problems but Jack would still be free to move and find where the gals are.

Also, I think Keith the Elder thought of that also. However, one of He Who Is Not To Be Named (HWINTBN) minions (of whom he has many) would deliver the harness and ensure it was put on properly. Also, we can assume that the HWINTBN would be able to recognize Jack's voice, even through the subvocal mastoid connection.

But, of course, this is part of the solution, but Jack must find a way of bringing it about AFTER he has in fact put on the harness! Wink

Solution #3 is what Jack Reacher would choose - not Repairman Jack.

In Infernal, RJ was about to go 'who knows where', but probably an Otherness place, to save Gia, Vicky and the baby. Of course he would put on the suit.
