Curious George is a definite must see family flick. I thought everything about was a winner. I had heard it was good, but it exceeded all my expectations.

I'll have to see it then. I rented KISS,KISS, BANG, BANG last night -- man! what a disappointment!

It was so funny, I almost smiled in a couple of places.

I got to be pretty good at suggesting titles to people based on their renting histories and discussions about films when I worked for Blockbuster and I probably wouldn't have recommended KKBB to you based on your posts about films. I don't think you'd enjoy Lucky Number Slevin, the movie I recommended this morning, much either. This is not to say you're close minded about films, but not all films share your sensibilities.

I feel confident that you'd enjoy Curious George though.

Curious George sounds like a cute film.

Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang might be funny if someone thought hearing the word fuck was amusing . . . I don't. It seems that everyone in Hollyweird wants to top whatever came before. So, the tendency is to go over the top. And that kills it for me.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of that movie mainly for that reason. I'm also not a big Pacino fan.

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

That's hilarious.

I saw "Scarface" once, when it came out. I never felt the need to see it again because it's not a whole lot more than that clip.

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.
